Last Thursday’s Yahoo! event was overall pretty freakin’ cool. It was super nice to catch up with folks that I hadn’t seen in a while, and well, some of my good friends were there too. The main piece of the whole thing was, of course, listening to Karl Rove and Max Cleland talk [...]


So, Yahoo! is sponsoring an event this afternoon called “The Rise of Citizen 2.0: Radically rethinking democracy in the digital age,” with special kenote addresses by Karl Rove and Max Cleland. i’m pretty sure that disney world has been knocked out of the ranks when it comes to “the best/happiest place on earth.” Canada (or C-A-N-A-D-A as Stompin’ Tom Connors would say) has been absolutely amazing! i arrived in Vancouver one week ago today, where i was immediately welcomed and rushed off to all-you-can-eat [...]


In case you aren’t aware, BC is apparently “the place to be” – well Cortes Island to be exact. The 7th Annual Web of Change Conference is taking place this September 19th – 23rd.
