Meeting new people in general is somewhat intimidating to me.  Those of you that know me well may find that hard to believe, but it’s true.  In DC, the first question someone normally asks you – even before your name – is “so, where do you work?” After four years of attempting to let the nausea subside, I was delighted to have a refreshing conversation with someone last weekend.  Instead of asking about my job, or who I know, or even my name – he asked “What is one thing that happened this week that really got you stoked?”
